Brought to you by Red Shed and Canbera Airport, with support from Rowing Australia and Rowing ACT, he Golden Oar brings together mixed sculling teams from Australia and around the world to compete for glory and over $200,000 in prize money.
CATEGORIES:
Each mixed crew will compete over the 450m Sprint Course over a series of:
- Heats
- Semis and
- Finals

1 st $20,000 2 nd $10,000 3 rd $5,000
Note:
- For this Category only, crews will not be competing over the 1500m or 3km Time Trial.
- To be eligible, all athletes must also be competing in the Mixed Quad Sculls or the PR3 Mixed Double Sculls.

- 3km endurance time trial
- 450m sprint finale
