Golden Oar 2026 – Food Vendor Application Form

Thank you for your interest in participating in the Golden Oar. If you wish to be considered to be a part of the 2026 Food Vendor line up please complete the application form below.

Saturday 31st October, 9am – 5pm
Sunday 1st November 2026, 9am – 3pm

LOCATION: The Red Shed – Black Mountain Peninsula

PATRONAGE: Approx. 800-1000 daily (2025 numbers)

COST: $200 + GST per day

ABOUT THE EVENT

Over two and a half electric days, Lake Burley Griffin in Canberra will come alive with a bold rowing event that combines high-level competition with a vibrant, festival atmosphere. Whether you’re a hungry competitive crew, a dedicated coach, a cheering family member or supporter, or a welcome spectator, the Golden Oar promises an unforgettable experience that blends sport, celebration, and community like never before.

Applying here does not guarantee you a stall space. You will be contacted directly by Alex Smith from Golden Oar confirming your place at the Golden Oar 2026.

Marquee Size Preference

Please complete ONLY if you wish to use a marquee. All marquee hire includes one trestle table and two plastic chairs. Vendors trading out of a marquee must use a marquee provided by Golden Oar’s marquee contractor. Vendors are not permitted to bring their own marquee for safety reasons. *Note you maybe offered a smaller trading site if we are not able to accommodate a larger marquee due to site restrictions.
